Hydraulan 407 has been formulated from glycol ethers and their boratesters. It contains glycols as lubricants, effective corrosion inhibitors and antioxidants.

Hydraulan 407-1 satisfies the following specifications: SAE J 1703,  SAE J 1704, ISO 4925 Class 4, FMVSS 116, DOT 3 and DOT 4.

Hydraulan 407 features excellent corrosion protection for ferrous and nonferrous metals.
Hydraulan 407 causes only slight swelling of natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and EPDM rubber.
